Dress in your favorite festive holiday-themed costume and join us for the seventh annual Selfless Elf 5K Run/Walk benefiting the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank.  Enjoy a morning of fun for the entire family with light refreshments and a special appearance by Santa Claus! Your Foodbank looks forward to welcoming you as we raise funds and awareness for those struggling with hunger in our community.

The race will be chip-timed at both the start and finish lines to achieve the most accurate race results possible.
The race will have two separate categories during registration, running and competitive walking.
Run/Walk: If you plan to run during any portion of the race, please register as a Run/Walk.
Competitive Walkers: If you plan to walk the course in its entirety (no running), please register as a Competitive Walker.
Both runners and competitive walkers will begin at 8:00AM,but will have different bib colors to distinguish between the categories.

The race will begin and end at the Foodbank located at 350 Opportunity Parkway, Akron, Ohio, 44307; easily accessible from route 59 near downtown Akron. All participants will receive a long-sleeve special edition race t-shirt and coordinating souvenir striped socks. Register by December 6, 2019 to guarantee your t-shirt size.
