The Department of Theatre and Dance at Baldwin Wallace University presents the The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, by Stephen Adly Guirgis, directed by special guest, Nathan Motta Artistic Director of Dobama Theatre.
The Last Days of Judas Iscariot explores western culture’s most infamous sinner. This expressionistic epic traverses space and time, jumping from a courtroom in purgatory to various flashbacks and flashforwards. A philosophical dark comedy that crackles with modern language, playwright Stephen Adly Guirgis examines humanity’s most notorious loser in an extraordinary meditation on freewill and mercy, guilt and redemption.
