The loss of a loved one can be a big story in the life of a child. Young participants will be invited to make a small book through which they can remember the times spent with their loved ones.
Healing Arts Workshops provide grieving people with a creative outlet for their grief and are open to those who have lost a loved one.
This workshop is designed for children age 6 and up. Kids are invited to bring family members along. Supplies and light refreshments will be provided. Photos, notes and other two-dimensional items from home can be incorporated into the book during the workshop, or can be added later.
Free admission; donation of $5 suggested for supplies.
