Music in the Circle visits the Cleveland Institute of Music!

This powerhouse program features two gems of the chamber music repertoire and an exciting, new work composed by Chris Neiner, MIC composer-in-residence.

Music in the Circle is a celebration of long-established partnerships between Cleveland’s leading musical institutions, representing a legacy of excellence, community engagement, and leadership. The numerous institutions collaborating with us include the Cleveland Institute of Music, the Cleveland International Piano Competition, Judson Manor, the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, and the America-Israel Cultural Foundation.

The festival presents a distinguished roster of world-class artists from Germany, Switzerland, Israel, and the United States, all passionate advocates for the arts. Our mission is to increase the accessibility of classical music to wider audiences through community engagement.

Parking Info

CIM’s parking lot is located off Hazel Drive, directly behind the 1609 Hazel Residence Hall. The entrance is on the north end of the residence hall; pedestrians may exit and enter from the south end, nearer CIM’s main building. Note that all parking in CIM’s circle drive on East Boulevard is subject to availability. Violators may be ticketed or towed.

Payment is by credit or debit card only and pre-paid passes are not available. Visitors must enter their phone number when entering and exiting the lot, in order to calculate parking time and fee.

First half hour: Free
31 Minutes to 2 Hours: $8
Each Additional Half Hour: $1
Daily Maximum: $15
Nearby Parking

Metered and unmetered street parking is available on Hazel Drive, Juniper Road and Magnolia Drive, and there are paid lots at neighboring institutions (www.universitycircle.org/destinations/parking). Visitors are encouraged to follow all posted signage, as meter restrictions are enforced in the district.
