The Lake Erie Speakers Series will feature three speakers who will address how we affect Lake Erie and how, in turn, Lake Erie affects us. The accompanying art show will present painted rain barrels, photography, paintings, and more.
Join Friends of Euclid Creek for a night focused on Lake Erie. We will have speakers from Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, Ohio Sea Grant College Program, and Cuyahoga County Board of Health to talk about everything from deep tunnels, land use impacts to our waters, and safe fish consumption practices.:

From July 31 to August 22nd, in conjunction with the Lake Erie Speakers Series, the Friends of Euclid Creek, the City of Beachwood and the Collinwood Rain Barrel Project will be presenting a creative art show of painted rain barrels, photography, paintings, and much more, all on the theme of Nature at the Beachwood Community Center.
An artists’ reception will be held on Sunday, August 4th.
The rain barrels on display will be available for sale by silent auction during the run of the exhibit. Admission to all of these events is free, and light refreshments will be served.
