IngenuityFest 2019: Dreamscapes

IngenuityFest is a weekend-long celebration of the artistic, weird, and wonderful – showcasing creativity and innovation across sectors and making art and technology accessible to everyone.

IngenuityFest’s 2019 theme, Dreamscapes, is envisioned as the surreal creation of a living daydream, celebrating the hopes and aspirations stirring in our community, and manifesting them through nonstop, immersive experiences. Highlighting maker activities and exhibits from small businesses and entrepreneurs; site-specific installations; music, dance, and performances across half-a-dozen themed stages; there is truly something for everyone to explore and enjoy at IngenuityFest!

Attendees will wind their way through the multi-level Hamilton Collaborative warehouse with eight uniquely themed villages, each featuring dozens of individual exhibits. This year’s Fest will see the return of villages like Makers Mecca, showcasing everything from robotics, virtual reality, and 3-D printing technologies to tinkering and crafting, allowing the young and young-at-heart to get in touch with their inner DIY enthusiast and make hands-on creations. New in 2019 is IngenuiTree Isle, entirely dedicated to sustainability and Wellness Way, where attendees can focus on mind, body, and spirit. At Dreamscapes, six stages will bring you more than just lullabies. From the intimate feel and intriguing antics of the Ingenuity Cabaret; the local and touring acts at Music Meadow; to the deep beats and multi-media dance of the Tesseract Stage, audiences can appreciate performance at its best.
