Ward 2 Connecting Communities festival is an event provided to and for the residents of Ward 2; however, this event is open to the public. This Community Event will have live entertainment, dancing, painting, and more. We’re focusing on Back to School. Youth ages 5-16 will receive free haircuts and basic hairdos in order to help them go back to school in style. There will also be school supplies and school uniform giveaways, while supplies last.
