David Ellison Tudor City Exhibit Talk

at Shaker Historical Society

Join David Ellison, architect, who will discuss the Van Sweringens’ own architect Philip Small and his use of Tudor Revival architecture here in Shaker Heights and Cleveland area.

This special talk will explore in detail Philip Small’s work and the current Shaker Historical Museum exhibit Tudor City. This exhibit looks at the history of Tudor Revival architecture in Shaker Heights and its surrounding areas. This talk also will highlight the characteristics of a Tudor house, what Tudor Revival architecture means to Shaker, as well as exploring important Shaker Tudor-style landmarks and more!
