71st Polish Constitution Day Parade & After Party

This weekend event celebrates the signing of the Polish Constitution on May 3, 1791.  The Polish Constitution was Europe’s first written constitution and was modeled after the same democratic principals contained in our own U.S. constitution.  The weekend kicks off with a Wing Ding fundraiser at the Ridge Road Tavern, 5587 Ridge Road in Parma, on Friday, May 3rd.  Saturday, May 4th, Miss Polonia Dinner & Dance at Holy Spirit Party Center, 5500 W. 54th St, in Parma.  Sunday at 2:00 PM, the parade kicks off at the Parma Circle on Ridge Road, going north towards Snow Road, ending at Unity Catholic Credit Union parking lot, 5839 Ridge Road.  Followed by an After Parade Party at 3:00 PM, in the parking lot.  After Party includes, a live Polka Band, entertainment, Polish food, various food vendors, adult beverages, and activities for the kids.  Polish Village Parma, and the Ohio Division of the Polish American Congress invites all men, women and children of every race, creed and nationality to join us May 3th, 4th and 5th, 2019 in Parma to continue Ohio’s 71 year tradition of celebrating what the Polish Constitution represents to all people-freedom to peacefully choose how you are governed.

Pre-Events include Wing Ding Fundraiser, May 3rd, at Ridge Road Tavern, 5587 Ridge Road, in Parma, tickets $15 at the door, all you can eat & drink, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Miss Polonia Dinner/Dance at Holy Spirit Party Center, 5500 West 54th Street, in Parma, open bar, dancing, tickets $50 each, doors open at 5:00 PM, call 216-970-0507 to reserve, on Saturday, May 4th.  Sunday, May 5th, Parade and After Parade Party.
