Artist Zirka Hayes lives and paints in  Akron, Ohio and in Toronto, Canada.  Her images calm the soul through the beauty of our natural world. Zirka gathers inspiration hiking on nature trails throughout the world or as nearby as her own beautifully cultivated garden. Panoramic landscapes, botanical close-ups, countrysides, house portraits – all are moments that together make our life. She explains, “through my paintings, I want the viewer to experience the incredible beauty of this earth: the interplay of light and shadow, of line and color, and ultimately the amazing design of the nature.”
