Join the West Shore Chorale and Orchestra for an exciting evening of choral music at the historic Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist. The program will feature selections spanning the centuries, from Mozart’s Solemn Vespers and Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms to the Cleveland Premiere of September Sun by Lakewood native, David Conte. September Sun is a moving and powerful tribute to those who lost their lives on September 11, with text by poet John Stirling Walker. John Drotleff, conductor, Maria Voljin, accompanist, Debra Chelko, soprano and Andrew Swislocki, alto. This concert is part of the Cathedral’s Helen D. Schubert Artists Series. Free will offering.
