Celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with family and friends through themes of peace and collective action.
The day includes dance, music, theatre, and spoken-word performances by youth from the Cleveland Classical Guitar Society (in collaboration with the Cleveland School of the Arts and Cleveland Institute of Music), Cleveland Public Theatre’s Brick City Theatre, Tri-C Creative Arts Dance Academy, Rainey Institute’s El Sistema, Sisterhood, and Twelve Literary Arts. Enjoy a Wikipedia-Edit-a-Thon and an open house in the museum’s Ingalls Library and Museum Archives, art activities, and a variety of in-gallery experiences and tours for visitors of all ages.
