Seniors on The Move Music therapy covers a wide variety of activities. Weekly sessions include exploring favorite artists, learning about Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees, songwriting, singing and performing.
The Music Settlement therapists challenge us to grow in a variety of ways through musical investigation and expression.
