Far West Center A.H.H! Open Art Studio exhibit displays artwork by adults in recovery from mental illness.
The Open Art Studio at Far West Center helps persons with severe mental illness use creative art tools for uncovering emotions and promoting recovery. 2018 has been a product year for Art Helps and Heals Open Art Studio. Artwork from over 15 client-artists is on public display in the Ohio Room at the ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County. Expressions of emotion and thoughts regarding the journey to recovery are shared in paintings, drawings, and multi-media. This colorful exhibit has powerful impact and offers messages of inspiration and hope.
