In Ingmar Bergman’s final film (made for television), Liv Ullmann and Erland Josephson reprise their roles of Marianne and Johan, the once-married couple seen in 1973’s Scenes from a Marriage. Thirty years after the events of that film, Marianne decides to drop in on her ex at his summer cottage.
