On The One, the resident ensemble of the Let It Ride Game Ready 4 Life Youth Program, returns to The Bop Stop with its high energy and signature combination of R&B, blues, funk, soul and rock!
On The One is comprised of Let It Ride youth and their music instructors; and display a level of maturity beyond their years as they cover music greats ranging from James Brown to Jimi Hendrix.
Formed in the Fall of 2014, On The One has “wowed” audiences at a variety of Northeast Ohio locations and venues: Towards Employment’s A Toast To New Tomorrows, North Union Farmers Market’s Garlic Festival, Walsh Jesuit High School, Kiwanis Luncheon @ the City Club of Cleveland, Amalgamated Transit Union Local 268 Annual Pig Roast, City of Cleveland Ward 7 New Day in Hough, the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage’s MLK Celebration, City of Cleveland Mayor’s Night Out, City of Cleveland Chief of Police Annual Holiday Luncheon, Cleveland Metroparks’ Rockin at the Docks (East 55th St. Marina), OCAAR Rally for Recovery, Cuyahoga County Fair, Olivers in Columbus, Ohio; and performed with the Blue Lunch Band at the Cain Park Arts Festival, Beachland Ballroom, Wilbert’s Food and Music, the Music Box Supper Club and on the Fox 8 Morning Show.
