In this ‘Art for Relaxation’ music and art therapy collaboration, you will experience the soothing sounds of Tibetan ‘singing’ bowls. You can then show your gratitude on colored pieces of cloth based on Tibetan prayer flags.
Healing Arts Workshops provide grieving people with a creative outlet for their grief and are open to those who have lost a loved one. No art experience is necessary. Supplies are provided.
