The modern day retelling of the Jade Rabbit (a.k.a. the Moon Rabbit), an Asian folk story most commonly associated with the Chinese Harvest Festival. This story will be presented through traditional Chinese shadow puppetry, accompanied by arrangements of Chinese folk music performed by string quartet featuring Mimi Jong on erhu, a traditional Chinese stringed instrument.
