Our annual Doan Brook photography hike gives aspiring photographers a chance to take in the autumnal beauty of the Doan Brook gorge and get in some practice with experienced, local photographer David Perelman-Hall. Participants will meet at the western end of Lower Shaker Lake by the bridge near Coventry and North Park at 9 am. The session will conclude at 12 pm. Be sure to bring your camera, dress for the weather, and wear comfortable footwear for the hike. A $25 donation will be collected in cash or check on the day of the event. An optional digital photography workshop will be available to those who participated in the photo hike on Tuesday, October 23 from 7 pm – 8:30 pm. It will be held at the Artful Cleveland studio space in the Coventry Building and will be free of charge.
