YAC offers many experiences There is a photography Studio and is available for artists to rent by the hour to do private shoots YAC can also provide green screen technology to liven up any party field trip or group meeting. We invite small business owners to shoot social media commercials or take traditional shots of their products for catalogs, posters, sales fliers and more. Artist can use the white or black background to shoot their work in a professional setting to use in applications for shows, brochures, or online sites & sales. If you need a professional photographer, we can give you a list of our artists.
YAC will be hosting peer critiques on a by-monthly schedule starting in soon. The date is still to be announced. This is a positive gathering intended to strengthen the bond of local artists and share their knowledge and experience with one another. Bring a couple of works that you are having issues with, your business cards and a snack (if you want). (sometimes dates are changes due to holidays or other conflicts)

Young’s Art Center would also love your patronage at our artist gallery openings, holiday events, boutiques and Twinkle Shop (Everything is $5 or less and all of the proceeds go to our educational programs) . When you shop locally you not only bring joy to the person you are shopping for, but you are helping a neighbor.
Since we have a lot going on it is easy to be involved. Young’s Art Center hosts exhibitions, workshops, critiques, and artist collective meet and greets. Field trips, birthday parties, special occasion celebrations and more. We are always looking for ways to connect art, artists and the community.
