Sunday in the Park is the performance name for the duo of Christopher Ellicott (guitar & voice) and Karen Ellicott (clarinet & voice). They have performed  program music for audiences of all ages at a variety of public and private locations, including local libraries, city squares, bookstores, churches, senior centers, and nature centers in the Cleveland Metroparks. Each themed program includes instrumental and vocal pieces covering a variety of musical styles and tastes. Christopher and Karen share the stories behind the music and often ask the audience to sing along on familiar tunes.

Christopher and Karen Ellicott are both graduates of Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory. Christopher studied guitar with Dr. Loris Chobanian, former composer-in-residence and faculty member at the conservatory. Christopher currently teaches guitar at Baldwin Wallace and the Beck Center for the Arts in Lakewood. He was a founding board member of the Cleveland Classical Guitar Society. Karen studied clarinet with Louis Gangale of the Cleveland Pops and Cleveland Chamber Symphony and Alan Squire, a former member of the Ohio Chamber Orchestra. She served as a worship leader and music director in churches throughout Greater Cleveland for several years. Both Christopher and Karen studied voice with Joyce Koch, cofounder of the Koch School (now The Beck Center).
