Cleveland UMADAOP works to improve the quality of life for African Americans by providing quality programming that utilizes the arts and education to reach at-risk populations. Established in 1980 by legislation spearheaded by former State Representative William L. Mallory, Cleveland UMADAOP is an arts based, drug prevention agency.
