ARTneo preserves, researches, collects, exhibits, documents and promotes the significant visual art and architecture of the Northeast Ohio region. ARTneo was founded as Cleveland Artists Foundation in 1984 by Cleveland-based artists, patrons and collectors, and its programs include its collecting initiative, creative exhibition planning and educational outreach.
