ideastream, a Cleveland-based multiple media organization and home to Ohio’s largest PBS, NPR, and classical radio stations, seeks an energetic and responsible individual with a “can-do” attitude and love for community to serve as our Foundations and Corporate Support Coordinator (“Coordinator”) to support our corporate, foundation, and underwriting (sales) fundraising operation.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Foundations and Corporate Support, the Coordinator helps secure essential funds that fuel ideastream’s mission and service to the community. The Coordinator is responsible for researching potential sources of funding, gathering data and other key information, preparing and editing presentations, proposals and reports to funders, and maintaining critical tracking systems to ensure timely submittal of all required forms, documents, acknowledgments and filings.

Qualified candidates will have a combination of excellent research, writing, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills and will be able to juggle a variety of concurrent tasks under tight time constraints. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Fundraising, Development, Sales, or a related field and two to three years of experience working on a research, fundraising, or sales team is preferred, though an equivalent of years of experience in related fields and education will be considered.
