BlueWater Chamber Orchestra Seeks Executive Director

BlueWater Chamber Orchestra is seeking an experienced, motivated, highly effective communicator, with a passion for the music of the chamber orchestra, to join our team as Executive Director of Northeast Ohio's premier professional chamber ensemble.

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility in schedule to allow for evening and weekend performances, fundraising, and other community outreach.  Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as the job requires frequent interaction with the Board of Trustees, Artistic Director, administrative staff, musicians, venue operators, funders, stakeholders, and community members.  Duties require a candidate to be responsive, a good problem solver, and have strong writing, organizational and negotiation skills.  Responsibilities include oversight of administrative, development, financial, production, marketing, communications, and fundraising activities.
