We are looking for outgoing, organized, and articulate individuals to assist our Ticket Operations Department with a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, assisting with processing orders and answering calls for Resident Companies, data entry into the ticketing system, administrative tasks such as ticket printing and mailing, and processing ticket orders, season ticket conversions, bill plans, and exchanges.

This position will also be asked to assist in the Ticket Office as needed, transacting window sales and answering the Ticket Office Information Line.

  • Part time position
  • Must be available for at least three shifts Mon-Sun, 4-hour minimum/shift
  • Monday-Friday hours between 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday-Sunday hours between 11 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must have strong computer skills and have prior phone and customer service experience.
