Animals are a part of our everyday lives. They are all around us, and they inspire us in so many ways. They have inspired humans to make clothing and art, build homes and structures, and even develop new technologies.

Humans have also looked to animals for inspiration when it comes to their own behavior. People have been known to mimic the actions of other creatures in order to protect themselves from harm or as a means of communication with other humans or animals.

The human fascination with animals has been around since the beginning of time, but today we live in an era where we are still finding new ways to incorporate animals into our daily lives through artworks and other forms of expression.

This call for artwork is focused on abstracted forms and sculptural works based on animals. Abstracted forms allow artists to explore their own interpretations about what an animal might look like without being constrained by its physical characteristics or limitations such as fur or feathers. Sculptural works are also encouraged because they allow artists more freedom when creating their own interpretations.

This exhibit is open to all mediums, including but not limited to painting, sculptural works, photography, projection art, new media, and performances.
