Technology Department Coordinator

ideastream, a Cleveland-based multiple media organization and home to Ohio’s largest PBS, NPR, and classical radio stations, seeks an energetic and responsible individual with a “can-do” attitude to serve as our Technology Department Coordinator.

Reporting to the Chief Technologist, the Coordinator supports the administrative functions of the Technology department, handles basic level technical requests, and answers routine questions that come into the Help Desk. Additionally, this position will provide excellent customer service when responding to concerns and inquiries from both internal and external customers.

Qualified candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have strong verbal and written communication, organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills. An Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Broadcasting, or a related field, and three to five years of experience working in an administrative support role and/or in a help desk environment is preferred, though an equivalent of experience in related fields and education will be considered.
