We are currently seeking a Senior Development Coordinator who will serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative responsibilities pertaining to Philanthropy & Advancement. This position serves as a liaison to a number of board committees and acts as primary support to the Senior Director of Development and the overall Philanthropy & Advancement Office. This position also supervises the Senior Development Associate.

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting high-level executives, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • Experience with internal and external communications, partnership development, and fundraising
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to manage competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
