Request for Portfolios

The Willoughby Arts Collaborative, the City of Willoughby, and the Lake County Development Authority seek artists to create and install a 3D art installation on a four-lane highway in front of the Lake County Executive Airport in Willoughby, Ohio.

The theme of this installation is FLIGHT.

We are seeking portfolios of artists interested and qualified for this project. Qualified chosen artists will be invited to submit a Proposal (RFP) describing the requirements in more detail. We will award a cash stipend to the top chosen candidates who will be asked to present their proposals for the outdoor sculpture.

The submitted portfolio should be as follows:

• Artist Statement

• Resume/CV

• Work Samples with descriptions/locations

• Reviews and related press if any

• References
