A member of the senior management team, the Production Manager (PM) supervises all aspects of production for a producing model that includes three independently operated companies: Great Lakes Theater, in Cleveland, Ohio; Idaho Shakespeare Festival, in Boise; and Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, in Incline Village, Nevada. The PM oversees all scheduling, budgeting, contracting, production design supervision and implementation, and recruitment of production staff for each company. The PM leads the daily administrative operations of the production department. This position reports directly to the Producing Artistic Director and the Executive Director.
