Paid Internship—Arts Administration

CityMusic Cleveland Chamber Orchestra is seeking applications for a paid intern to assist with our constituent database and other office tasks. The intern would be responsible for maintaining our donor data in Little Green Light, a web-based CRM. The intern will create donor records, enter gifts, and generate thank-you letters. Intern will also assist with operations tasks as needed, and assist with collecting free will donations at CityMusic concerts.

This is a part-time position, approximately 10 hours per week at our east-side Cleveland office. The pay rate is $10/hour. The ideal candidate would begin work in July of 2019 and continue until May of 2020.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma
  • Some college completed, preferably in non-profit management, arts administration, music, or similar major
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Professional attitude

Preferred

  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Experience using Little Green Light, Salesforce, or a similar CRM
  • Experience with WordPress
