Muralist wanted for in-school residency

Arts Impact brings learning to life through art by exciting students, teachers, and the general public with dynamic arts programs that integrate art into the curriculum. We build collaborative partnerships with teachers in a variety of art forms while providing inclusive and culturally responsive programs. Our specialized group of professional artists build an environment that helps students learn, imagine, create and innovate in schools, libraries and after-school programs throughout the community.

We are currently looking to hire a professional artist to teach three 10-session mural residencies to a 6th, 7th, and 8th grade classroom by the end of the school year. Experience in working with children is preferred, along with the ability to develop write lesson plans, or the willingness to learn.
