Bialosky is seeking an outgoing and intellectually-curious self-starter for the role of Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support our collaborative practice. Candidates should possess, at a minimum, an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry), and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Sheets.

Ideally, the successful candidate is at the intersection of business and design. S/he can naturally collaborate with peers and senior leadership on pursuits and strategic initiatives. S/he is an organized, systematic researcher with the soft skills that allow him/her to manage, navigate, and motivate teams.

The successful candidate will join a six-person team of marketers, graphic designers, and administrators led by the Director of Marketing and Strategy. A more comprehensive list of responsibilities will be provided and discussed with candidates who are invited to participate in interviews. Salary commensurate with experience. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) with benefits, including medical insurance and a 401k match.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database for firm intelligence (clients, leads, meetings, pursuit histories, etc.) through CRM software.
  • Coordinate a master project database via Google Sheets and/or additional software.
  • Coordinate a master Business Development and Marketing dashboard (Trello) with pursuits and deadlines.
  • Be an active firm ambassador and networker.
  • Equip Senior Leaders with intelligent, thoughtful information/articles/invitations to share with their network.
  • Build intelligence on market trends and industry landscape to inform high-level decision making.
  • Help Principals and Project Managers maintain relationships with existing and past clients through various touchpoints, including satisfaction surveys and periodic follow-ups.
  • Support new press/influencer relationships.
  • Support an accessible, collaborative business development culture at all levels of the firm.
  • Research, manage, and collaborate on market sector strategies.
  • Assemble high-quality RFP/Q responses and presentations.
  • Produce and maintain market sector brochures and sales collateral.
  • Write compelling, clear project narratives. Provide other writing/editing support as needed.
  • Assemble design award submissions and bring a critical eye to submission quality.
  • Support and motivate Principals in special strategic assignments.
  • Contribute to social media.
