Bialosky is seeking an outgoing and intellectually-curious self-starter for the role of Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support our collaborative practice. Candidates should possess, at a minimum, an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry), and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Sheets.
Ideally, the successful candidate is at the intersection of business and design. S/he can naturally collaborate with peers and senior leadership on pursuits and strategic initiatives. S/he is an organized, systematic researcher with the soft skills that allow him/her to manage, navigate, and motivate teams.
The successful candidate will join a six-person team of marketers, graphic designers, and administrators led by the Director of Marketing and Strategy. A more comprehensive list of responsibilities will be provided and discussed with candidates who are invited to participate in interviews. Salary commensurate with experience. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) with benefits, including medical insurance and a 401k match.
