Manager, BlueWater Chamber Orchestra

Now in its 11th season, BlueWater Chamber Orchestra seeks an outstanding, self-motivated, result-oriented leader for the part-time position of Orchestra Manager. The manager will be responsible for administrative operations, including contracts, budget, concert production, marketing and development, communications, and fundraising.  A flexible schedule is required to accommodate evening and weekend events and grant deadlines. The manager will work closely with the Artistic Director, Board Trustees, orchestra musicians, soloists, and volunteers.  Remarkable initiative and problem-solving ability along with strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills are imperative.  Reports to the President of the Board of Directors.
