Human Resources & Governance Coordinator

ideastream, Northeast Ohio’s Innovative Public Media organization, located in beautiful Playhouse Square in downtown Cleveland, is expanding its HR capacity.

In this newly designed role the successful candidate will work with the HR Director to develop, implement and maintain human resource programs in the areas of talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefit record management, and legal/EEO compliance services for ideastream.
Additionally this position will work with the ideastream Executive Assistant to ensure effective functioning and support for the Board of Trustees, including coordinating communication tools, taking minutes, preparing board materials, responding to trustee queries and safeguarding the confidential nature of discussions.
