Nesnadny + Schwartz is a woman-owned graphic design firm, partnering with socially-minded companies and nonprofit organizations to translate their missions into print and digital experiences.

We are a small team that values collaboration and candor over the observance of title or role. Based in Cleveland’s University Circle neighborhood, we take inspiration from the cultural and educational institutions that surround us. We strive to integrate our ideas with research and reason, and are inspired by the fine arts. 

From concept to execution, the graphic designer will work closely with team members to design unique and meaningful visual solutions and experiences for web and print related projects. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of related experience, is highly self-motivated and organized, has impeccable attention to detail, and is eager to explore ideas and challenge themself to produce beautiful one-of-a-kind communications.
