Gordon Square Musician-in-Residence

Gordon Square Arts District (GSAD) is now accepting proposals from musicians for the Q2 Gordon Square Musician-in-Residence session. Open to musicians, of all disciplines and genres. The selected proposal will include at least one free outdoor performance in the Gordon Square neighborhood, and descriptions of intended community engagement through music, and how the musician-in-residence plans to utilize the people and places of Gordon Square and infuse the neighborhood with vibrant creative activity.

Musicians, vocalists, songwriters, bands, ensembles, DJ’s, and producers of all disciplines, genres and instruments are invited to submit proposals.

This residency will take place Q2 of 2019, from April 1st to June 30th.

GSAD will support the chosen musician-in-residence with a $5,000 artist stipend and project costs up to $2,000.
