Donor Relations Coordinator
ideastream, Northeast Ohio’s Innovative Public Media organization, located in beautiful Playhouse Square in downtown Cleveland, is looking for a Donor Relations Coordinator.
In this newly designed role the successful candidate will work with the Director of Membership to support the Marketing and Development Department and provide exceptional service to donors and members of WVIZ/PBS, 90.3 WCPN and WCLV 10.49 ideastream. The candidate will oversee the Sustainer Membership Program and provide support to Membership campaigns and other projects, as assigned.

Must be able to work autonomously
Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and organized
Strong mathematics and analytic skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven track record with CRM data entry and reporting
Comfort with learning new software and systems, including Allegiance Fundraising
Ability to interface effectively and positively with all levels of the organization and other strategic partners
Excellent attendance, punctuality and dependability
Must be able to work evenings and weekends, on occasion
Extensive knowledge of donor relations and advanced customer service experience required. Non-profit fundraising or media experience preferred. Prior experience with customer relationship management database a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
