Digital Platforms Coordinator

Ideastream Public Media, a Cleveland-based multiple media organization and home to Ohio’s largest PBS, NPR, and classical radio stations, seeks a collaborative and organized Digital Platforms Coordinator (Coordinator) to assist our Digital Team in maintaining our digital platforms and who will contribute to the organization’s creation and refinement of digital products and services.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Products and Platforms, the Coordinator is responsible for maintaining current and future digital platforms including websites, social media, mobile apps, audio live streams, podcasting and VOD platforms. In this role, you will optimize digital experiences for users, support digital platform management requests, research digital platforms and products, and manage digital audio, video and other assorted content across the organization.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate proficiency in digital media formats, Adobe Creative Suite and website creating technology and software. A Bachelor’s Degree in digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field, and three to five years of content management systems and social media platform experience is preferred, though an equivalent of experience in related fields and education will be considered. The starting salary for this position is $45,000 and is commensurate with experience.
