Development Coordinator

Ideastream Public Media, a Cleveland-based multiple media organization and home to Ohio’s largest NPR, PBS and classical radio stations, seeks an organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as Development Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager, Individual Giving Operations, the Development Coordinator assists with entering gifts and biographical data into the department’s CRM database in a timely manner. In this role, you will assist with the accurate processing of gift and biographical data for donors and prospective donors, the compilation of data lists, and the preparation of data files for communications. The Development Coordinator will proactively communicate with Individual Giving staff on issues that arise during the gift entry process.

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, and have strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. An Associate’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, and two years of data entry experience in a CRM environment is preferred, though an equivalent of experience in related fields and education will be considered. The salary range for this position begins at $40,000 and is commensurate with experience.
