The Dance Program Manager is responsible for operational excellence in the execution of all Rainey Dance programming. They serve as the direct manager for teaching artists who work directly with students and are the first line of support to troubleshoot issues that teaching artists have with students, partners, and/or community. They also are responsible for ensuring the curriculum and evaluation methods are aligned with Rainey Institute mission, vision, and strategic measures and goals and are implemented consistently. They will work with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth day to day operations of the program. They manage program budgets and coordinate the annual calendar, performances, and other activities related to the organization as a whole.
