Reporting to the President & CEO, the CSO will work with leadership to develop a culture of engagement and continuous improvement, be passionate about enhancement of the visitor experience, operating efficiency and focus on being strategic in accelerating changes to business processes and system integration. The CSO will collaborate on matters of strategic and operational planning, organizational change, business decision-making, and overall leadership of the Museum. The CSO establishes and maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners.
