Call for Artists for Inspired Art Event

On  June 3rd, 2023, America SCORES Cleveland will host Inspired Art, our biennial fundraising event. This year the event will return to be in-person at 78th Street Studios. Inspired Art is a collaboration of Cleveland artists and the poet-athletes who participate in the America SCORES program. Our poet-athletes spend an entire season creating and perfecting their poems. These poems are then used by the artist to serve as the inspiration for original works of art.

For Inspired Art we are looking for artists of all mediums to participate in this cycle of inspiration. As an artist, you will choose a poem from the collection of poems found at https://bit.ly/InspiredArtArtists23. You will then create and donate a piece of art inspired by the chosen poem.

All artists will have their information displayed with their piece on the auction site and alongside the physical piece. Artists will be highlighted on all of our social media channels and event marketing materials. As a participating artist, you and one guest will receive two complimentary tickets to the event.

If you are interested in taking part in Inspired Art, please fill out the Google Registration Form by March 19th. In addition, please send three (or more) photos of your previous work or a link to your online portfolio.
