The 2023 BorderLight Fringe announces an open call for proposals. The Festival welcomes work from both established and emerging companies.
The deadline to apply is February 28th, 2023.

The application fee is $25.
The festival will take place in downtown Cleveland from August 3 - 5. Fringe 2023 will be a smorgasbord of comedy, dance, physical theatre, site-specific work, work in development, masterclasses, and everything in between!
New this year, the Request For Proposals includes specific sites that we are seeking to program. You’re invited to propose a piece for any of these ‘novel’ sites, or for an indoor or outdoor stage. We’ll also be looking for ‘pop up’ artists and street entertainers. Artists presenting ticketed shows keep 70% of their box office revenue, and artists presenting shows outdoors are paid a stipend.
The BorderLight Fringe is nonprofit, accessible (many performances are free!), community building, and for everyone. We look forward to hearing from you!
