Chagrin Valley Little Theater has an immediate opening for a Box Office Manager. Become a part of the team at one of the oldest community theaters in the country as it reopens for its 92nd season.


The successful candidate will often be the first person to interact with the ticket buying public. A welcoming personality and a strong commitment to customer service are essential qualifications.  The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to general theatre related inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, responding in a timely manner, and  directing inquiries to appropriate staff.  The successful candidate will additionally  be responsible for ticketing functions using the online ticketing platform Arts People and be proficient in Quickbooks.


Targeted start date is  August 1st when ticket sales for the season begin.

This is a 20 hour a week position with a pay rate of $15 per hour.  Hours will require a flexible schedule and include nights and weekends as needed to support the Theatre’s  needs and schedule.
