Ideastream Public Media, a Cleveland-based multiple media organization and home to Ohio’s largest PBS, NPR, and classical radio stations, seeks two energetic and responsible individuals with great communication skills, “can-do” attitudes and love for community to serve as our Audience Support Coordinators (Coordinator) to support viewers, listeners, donors, and members.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Donor Stewardship, the Coordinators build relationships with our audience members and donors by overseeing the Audience Outreach Program. The Coordinators serve as the technical support for Passport, Ideastream’s member benefit program, as well as content apps and the newly launching donor portal, maintain files in the customer relationship management database (CRM), and track all member communication in the CRM all while providing excellent customer service.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate proficiency using CRM databases and a combination of excellent writing, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills and will be able to juggle a variety of concurrent tasks under tight time constraints. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field and one to three years of experience working in a fundraising or donor relations setting is preferred, though an equivalent of years of experience in related fields and education will be considered. The starting salary for this position is $44,000.
