Arts Education Support Associate

Since its beginnings in 1904, Rainey Institute has served countless Greater Cleveland youth. Today, over 2,500 children participate in engaging arts education programming each year. Children of all ages discover and develop their talents after school, on weekends, and over the summer.

The Arts Education Support Associate provides a broad range of administrative and instructional assistance, customer service, and program facilitation support to Rainey’s Arts Education director and staff, to facilitate hiqh quality programming and service to our community. Supporting and working closely with the Director of Arts Education, this person is knowledgeable and passionate about the mission of arts education at Rainey, and committed to facilitating excellent and efficient day-to-day program operation. In addition, this person supports the recruitment and enrollment of youth into our programs, and provides comprehensive support and outstanding customer service to Rainey families and students, advising and guiding them through program registration, enrollment, and participation. This person also works with the full Arts Education staff (including director, program managers, teaching faculty, volunteers, etc.) to ensure consistent implementation and compliance with all policies/procedures, and federal/state/local rules.
