Unity in the Community

Malachi Center is proud to partner with Ohio City MYCOM West Committee to bring Unity in the Community to the West Side of Cleveland. Unity in the Community is an annual free outdoors celebration where families gather to learn about community safety, play games, enjoy music, face painters, win prizes, and enjoy great food. Unity in the Community will have a special performance by Malachi Center’s After-School Program that will feature drumming and folk music. Not only that, a DJ will also be there so there will always be an opportunity to dance. Unity in the Community is also proud to partner with local community police to create a safe community on the west side. Anti-bullying and gun safety workshops will be available during this event. Local community police will participate in fun and games to help strengthen the bonds between the community and local police. Come Malachi Center on May 19th where there will be great music, great performances, great fun, and a great community!
