The Sixth Annual Great Lakes African American Writers Conference (GLAAWC pronounced “glossy”) occurs on Saturday, September 30, 2023.

Join us for our annual day-long Conference in an in-person and virtual setting. Literary creatives from Cleveland, Northeast Ohio, and throughout the Great Lakes will gather to learn from and network with influential publishing industry professionals from hubs including New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
